renowned voice coach Renee
Grant-Williams’ client roster reads like a who’s who of entertainment
superstars, including Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Dixie Chicks, Christina

April 12, 2003, Grant-Williams will be offering an intensive day-long Master
Class at the Amsouth
Bank Business Center in historic downtown Nashville, TN.
Master Class attendees will
receive practical hands-on training and
an in-depth understanding of techniques applied by countless entertainment
icons to help them achieve their maximum potential and stamina.
This year’s program will take place from 9:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. at the Amsouth Center, and will be followed
by a performance showcase where participants will apply their newly-acquired
knowledge on stage at Wolfy’s Den, located in the tower of the
Gaylord Entertainment Center on lower Broadway in Nashville, from
7:00 p.m. to
11:30 p.m. This year’s master class will focus
on what it takes to succeed in today’s competitive environment.

Grant-Williams,
who is in constant demand from major record labels and entertainers,
has created a unique, activity-packed seminar that has proven to
be invaluable not only to singers, but has also benefited public
speakers, record producers, audio engineers, and anyone who is interested
in honing their vocal abilities. Past attendees of the Master
Class include country newcomers Tommy Shane Steiner, who recently scored a hit with “What If She’s an Angel,”
winner of the 2002 Colgate Country Showdown Ashley Thompson, and members of DreamWorks Records recording
group Emerson Drive.

Grant-Williams. “My goal is to provide a fundamental
introduction to my techniques for those who are not otherwise able
to schedule private training. Vocalists and speakers of all

most of their natural abilities and edge out the competition.”
Renee Grant-Williams,
a graduate of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, recently
provided on-camera commentary for an upcoming segment on MTV’s 22nd Anniversary special, to be aired in mid-March.
She has been the subject of a CBS profile, and written for and appeared in numerous
syndicated television and radio programs and print publications.
Her teaching experience includes tenures at her alma mater, as well
as at the University of California, Berkeley, where she served as
the Director of the Division of Vocal Music. Grant-Williams
currently teaches at her studio in Nashville, Tennessee and also
conducts an on-line course for The Barnes and Noble On-Line University.
She recently authored a book entitled Voice Power (AMACOM Books, NY) that is available
wherever books are sold.
